	Zeynep Ünlüer Coordinator & Tutor Zeynep Ünlüer is the co-coordinator and a tutor at the Academic Writing Center at METU. She is also an English instructor with a 15-year experience. She holds a BA at the Department of English Language and Literature at Hacettepe University and is currently working on her thesis in English Language Teaching at METU. She is mainly interested in autonomy, motivation, collaboration, academic writing and feedback.
	Burçin Kağıtcı Yıldız Coordinator & Tutor Burçin Kağıtcı Yıldız is an EFL lecturer at METU, where she also works as a tutor and the co-coordinator of the Academic Writing Center and helps organize institutional academic events. She graduated from the Department of English Language and Literature at Hacettepe University and got an MA degree in ELT at METU. She is currently pursuing her PhD in ELT with a special interest in sociolinguistics and academic writing.
	Defne Akıncı Midas Tutor Defne Akıncı Midas has taught English at higher education level for more than 25 years. She holds a master’s degree in Computer Assisted Language Learning and TESOL from University of Manchester, UK. She is currently working on her PhD thesis in Computer Education and Instructional Technologies, METU. She acted as the coordinator of the Academic Writing Center in the 2000s, and now she is happy to be one of the tutors of the center.
	Melek Altun Tutor Melek Altun graduated from METU at the Department of FLE in 2011. She worked at Bilkent University School of English Language, where she completed CELTA, ICELT, and DELTA, between the years of 2011-2018. Then, she worked for a year at METU Development Foundation Schools. She holds an MA in ELT from Gazi University. She has been working as an instructor at METU Modern Languages Department since 2019.
	Başak Atasoy Tutor Başak Atasoy grew up on a different peninsula. She's a true lover of the sea. She loves swimming, sailing, and speeding with the jetski. She loves what she does, and she's been doing it for a quarter of a century in METU.
	Begüm Yengel Tutor Begüm Yengel holds a BA in English Language and Literature from Ege University, an MA in Education with a specialization in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) from CalState San Bernardino, and a PhD in Adult Education and Lifelong Learning from Ankara University. Additionally, she holds a TESOL certificate awarded by the University of California, Riverside. Having worked in educational institutions in Turkey and abroad, she is now a member of the Department of Modern Languages at METU.
	Şükran Saygı Tutor Şükran Saygı is a METU graduate and she holds a BA and an MA in English language teaching. She is a PhD candidate in Educational Sciences. She also holds Delta (Diploma in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages). She has over 15 years of teaching experience in English as a foreign language. She is mainly interested in language assessment and academic writing.
	Seray Bilgin Tutor Seray Bilgin graduated from the Department of English Language and Literature at Hacettepe University. She holds a Master's Degree in the same department and she is currently working on her PhD dissertation in Contemporary British Theatre. She has 7 years of experience in teaching English and she has been working in the Department of Modern Languages at METU since 2021.
