What does AWC do?
We offer 45-minute online tutorials for graduate students and faculty members, in which tutors help build a better plan for written texts in a comfortable, supportive and interactive atmosphere. You can make an appointment for these sessions using the online appointment system on our website.
We also offer regular seminars and/or workshops on a variety of writing-related topics open to all graduate students and academics to help them become more confident and independent writers. Detailed information about these sessions is announced on our website and through e-mail in advance.
Moreover, upon request, we deliver tailor-made presentations based on the demands and needs of specific groups of graduate students. Faculty members can contact us through e-mail to state the focus of the presentation they would like to be delivered.
How does AWC serve you?
Writing tutors will work with you on your writing, talk with you about possible strategies you can use, help you discover new ways of approaching your writing assignments, offer personal help with planning, revising and any other stage of your writing and help you develop revision and editing strategies that can last a lifetime.
Please be reminded that we do not provide proofreading or translation services in our center.
